We had a fantastic experience with Terra Colombia. We had not visited Bogotá before and everything was perfectly organised. Luis our guide was knowledgeable, charming and fun. Nothing was too much trouble - including organising a VIP table at one of the top restaurant / nightclub venues in the city - and we could not recommend Emmeline and the team highly enough! We have fallen in love with this amazing country and will be back - and the next visit will be organised by Terra Colombia for sure! Thank you for an amazing trip!

We had wonderful adventures in Colombia. The most impressive experience was visiting Caño Cristales in La Macarena — we were lucky to witness the world’s most beautiful and colorful river, often called one of the seven natural wonders of the world. Every tour guide and driver we met was punctual, polite, friendly, and professional. Communication before and during the trip was smooth, prompt, and accommodating. The local people were also very warm and welcoming. Since this was a budget trip, we stayed in three-star hotels throughout. The hotel in Bogotá was conveniently located downtown, but the area felt relatively unsafe at night. If your budget allows, I would recommend spending a bit more for a four-star hotel there.

Terra Colombia organised our holidays in August 2025 and we couldn't be happier with the services provided. From the planning process through to the last day of the trip everything went perfectly. Terra Colombia tailored our trip according to our specific needs, were flexible when we needed to change the plans and provided us with great care and real-time assistance throughout our holidays. I can definitely recommend it to anyone planning their holidays in Colombia!

Just wish to comment that we have had excellent, patient support preparing for a trip to Colombia in September. Cinderella guided us through a perfect itinerary and selected some great hotels and tailored tours to our needs. Unfortunately, health issues have meant we can’t be as mobile as we would have liked so have had to curtail the trip, but definitely would recommend Terra Colombia, and hope to revisit in the future. If you DON'T want to book with a travel company that will respect you, treat you like a human being, and want what's best for you enough to push back on a proposed itinerary (even if they lose money) because your experience could be better, then DON'T book with Terra Colombia. Terra is the most professional, non-elitist company I've known in all my life. It's not just travel. IT'S ALL THE COMPANIES I'VE EVER KNOWN. If you want to be treated like a peer and maybe even almost a friend, then Terra is for you. When someone is so thoughtful and consistent, gives you their time and presence, it feels like a friend. You know they want what's best for you. They will clarify and answer and include their vast knowledge and experience. Terra is your friend in traveling. I first met Paul in 2019 and he became like a friend. Then he left to go back to France. I hope he can read this review. After he left, I knew I found the right place. Emmeline took over for Paul, and she has tirelessly helped me for five years. FIVE YEARS! Who consistently puts the customer first like that? And I’m not an easy customer. I'm annoying. I ask countless questions, change my mind, overthink, and expect transparency. Emmeline has STILL designed my itineraries for five years. She has still said I'm welcome. Give her a round of applause. She has handled unglamorous details and fixed issues for me twice in Colombia, and she did this even more times when I had to cancel trips. She stepped into roles she didn't sign up for to make the travel and experience worth it for my wife and me. MULTIPLE times. That's what customer service is. That's what being your travel friend is. Océane became a pillar this time as well. Cinderella pitched in. Marine and Carolina took calls. Laura handled the money. Can you say Dream Team? If you want some companies that will upsell you and that take advantage of you, I can drop some names. I'm sure they will happily take your money and then wish you the best as they disappear. Or you can open your wallet to a team who will make every dollar count and hide no expenses or costs. Nothing is a surprise. You know what you're getting into. Emmeline and the Dream Team will honor your time and money. If you call, whoever answers already knows who you are, where you're going, and has already anticipated your needs. It's like a bar where "everybody knows your name." They stay with you the whole trip and put out fires. They even put out the fires you accidentally started yourself. Really, my experience with Terra in Colombia over the last half decade has me wondering why more companies don't just follow this model. It makes me angry to know I wasted time with other companies before 2019. Don't make my mistake - know Terra Colombia now! But only book with Terra if you want an amazing trip and people who value you. Giving 10 out of 10 is disrespectful to Terra. They're not 100. They're not 200. They aren't 1,000. They are something that transcends numbers. So, what is the hold up? Get started already. Tell them James sent you. And don't thank me for the recommendation. Thank Terra Colombia again for their second-to-none customer service and high emotional intelligence. So to Terra Colombia, Paul, and of course, my travel friend, Emmeline, once again, I acknowledge your work. I'm grateful and appreciative. I wish I knew of your company long ago. Thank you. Merci.
