Santiago de Cali, capital city of the Cauca department, is renowned as the world city of Salsa.
You will be able to stop there on the way from the coffee region or from Popayan.
In the same department, and yet 500 km from the Colombian coast, is the island of Malpelo, whose exceptional underwater biodiversity attracts divers from all over the world.
Cali is also one of the gateways to the island of Gorgona, another preserved natural site. This national park is home to the humpback whales every year from July to October. There we offer nature trips or diving trips to explore the rich local ecosystem.
