My personal advice is to take the time to really enjoy the Tayrona region, which I love for its authentic landscapes. Tayrona Park is very well known, but today it has become a mecca for mass tourism in Colombia. For a truly exceptional experience, I suggest you visit the lost city of Tayronaka, where the Tayrona Indians live, to retrace their history. After a good cultural moment, go down the Rio Don Diego in a buoy and admire all the animals on your way.
